Chad and his team were able to not only get our house sold in short period of time, but managed to generate multiple bids! He was mindful of our situation and had our house priced to sell! They helped us price our property competitively and when multiple offers came in, they went through each and made a spread sheet so we could easily compare the offers. They did not pressure is into accepting the offer that gave them the highest commission. They truly listened to our needs & wants and helped us pick an offer that met those.
