Chad & his team are the BEST! I've sold two houses, my mom has sold one & we each have bought a house with the help of Chad & his team. They are incredible to work with!
We had a very excellent experience and professionalism during our house buying experience. We highly recommend them! Randa quickly learned our taste and wants in a house and went above and beyond to find us a house that would fit those needs. Randa was also very easy to contact and was so flexible with her schedule to fit the demands of our busy schedule. Chad and all his associates have given us such a great experience, I could not imagine going with another other agency!
Jeff was responsive to fill our desires and did a professional job at making us aware of the changes that have taken place in the Real Estate Business since we have purchased a home. We are pleased....
Randa was very good at explaining the process for a first time home buyer like myself. She worked around our schedule and showed us both the homes we saw online and recommendations of her own. We ended up buying a house she had recommended, so put a little faith into your agent.
Do NOT go with anyone else. Go with Chad Schwendeman and Exit Realty. Again - Do NOT go with anyone else but Chad and his team. I was going to write a long explanation of what brought me to Chad, but the bottom line is - He will sell your house. This has been over a three year process for me. Other realtors (3 to be exact - local to big named) said it was the market. I started communicating with Chad 2 years ago, but was under contract with other realtors or had other constraints, but in the end, I finally made it to Chad an... read more
Working with Chad was a great experience. If I had to say one that that would separate Chad from the rest it would be his communication. Chad makes sure you are kept informed at all times. He goes out of his way to keep in touch with you and makes the effort to make sure your house is sold and not just a listing.
Made our first time buying a home simple and easy to understand process. Very helpful when it came to understanding things and knowing what to look for while searching for a home! Very glad we were able to meet with her and have her be there to help us and make the process a much smoother one!
Chad and his team dominate the Brainerd Lakes area for a reason! They are professional in their approach with clients, but aggressive when it comes to marketing and getting the most for their sellers. When helping a buyer, they always put the client before themselves. We highly recommend Chad and his team for all your real estate needs.
My experience with Randa over at Chad Schwendeman's office has been flawless! She went out of her way and had a lot of patience with us as we made a big decision to leave Montana and move to MN. The buying of our property was so easy and that all comes with the experience of Randa and the office of Chad Schwendeman.
