Home previously listed with another local agency. During their 6 months we had 6 showings, 0 2nd showings, 0 open houses, resulting in 0 offers. While listed with this "other" agency, we never received a call from the listing agent. The only communication was owner initiated. We decided to let our listing expire after 6 months, and set up interviews with 3 other agencies. We chose Exit Lakes Realty Premier-Chad Schwendeman. Jamie Zapata was great to work with! She did a very good job of listening to our requirements and scheduling only units that fit our needs. Once we selected a place we wanted to focus on she was very helpful during the purchasing process. I would recommend her to anyone.
