We went with 5 kids. They didn't bother t to try and find out their ages, so we were over charged. Everything else was good.
For the money its a great value. The quality of the food is amazing and it keeps coming as long as you want. Great place to take my Son for his birthday. the service is incredible. Will make this a tradition in our family
The food is always amazing when I eat at chama gaucha. The service is usually great too, but this past visit we felt rushed the entire time we were dining. Finally when it was time to pay, we waited about 30 minutes just to have our check picked up by a waiter and had to actually ask a manager for my card back because it had been another almost 15 minutes just waiting for that. It was disappointing because we only got to Chama gaucha for special occasions.

Food at the salad bar didn’t taste as good as how it used to be. The mushrooms were warm but it used to be served cold.

Table area was horrible. Waiters were nearly hitting my head with trays, other nights I never can complain. Just seating area was not good was loud and people passing by over and over.

Well, first time in many years with a terrible experience at Chama Gaucha, and we were there celebrating my birthday, honestly I just wanted to leave. Service was so slow, the meat took forever to get to our table, the waitress was not attentive to our needs. We asked for bread many times and it got to the table when we were done eating. Filet Minon was extremely overcooked and only tasted of bacon?? Had to ask multiple times for ribeye and lamb chops....we understand but still gets frustrating for a $960 dinner check for our party of (6).
