The food tasted amazing but the service was off this time around. Our waiter only came by to deliver our drinks and to ask if we were ready for the check, we didn’t receive any service in between unless we flagged them down, while all the other tables around us were constantly being checked in on. The sides were good but unfortunately we only got one serving of them despite having asked for more.

The service is always 5 star here however the meats tasted very bland today especially the picanha which generally is the best tasting in my opinion, we have been dining here for over a decade and I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they may have had an Off night tonight, but all of the meats were lacking the very tasty seasoning that they are known for.

It was very congested and quite noisy as the restaurant is very popular. I could not hear my dinner guest, unless I leaned into him and asked him to repeat himself sometimes more than once. The food was excellent, except for the ribs I was served, which were extremely salty. The server was outstanding. They did put us in a corner table, and several of the servers were skipping us, so I had to ask my waitress to assist in directing them towards me and my dinner guest, which I did not like.  she made up for any inconvenience... read more

Service was not great. I’m surprised we usually get great service but this waiter looked preoccupied and was quick to take our menus away before we were done. Didn’t enjoy the service but the food was great. It was probably an off day.

I was incredibly disappointed that I wasn't made aware of the upcharge for dining on New Years Eve. I made the reservation for that day since we were celebrating a birthday. Through the reservation process, checking in, and even meeting our waiter was there ever a mention of an extra $25 per person. Sadly this was not a great experience, we were situated between two large parties inside of a side room. We were basically neglected. We have had great experiences in the past, but this just missed the mark for us. Kinda disappointed.

The service was fantastic however the meat served, although very flavorful, was very salty especially the chicken. For diners with kidney problems or diabeties it would be wise to avoid their menu. Apparently we were there at one of their peak times consequently the noise level was as such that it was difficult to hear the servers announce which meat they were presenting. Took forever to bring another drink had to wait a bit to long for the different meat to get there.

Our sever hardly came to the table. I had to get other servers attention just to get anything. We didn’t get most of the extra food items., like plantains and other items till we where almost done eating. I was over charged for my meal and the dessert was just sad.
