I am on a low-carb, moderate protein and moderate fat diet heavy on veggies. So when I saw the beautiful salad bar and then all the grilled meats coming to the table, I was right at home. Most of the meats, with the exception of the picanha, were very tasty. Our table had to keep asking the staff to bring the meats that are well-done or medium well, or else they would come to us rare or medium rare. Don't be afraid to ask for the meat you like! It will take some time, but they will bring it to you.

We decided to go somewhere we hadn't been and fancy for us..this place didn't disappoint. Awesome service and fantastic food. They made my family members feel at home. Highly recommended for a splurge. Thank you Chama Goucha!!!!
It was the best dining experience we have ever had. Food was delicious, waitstaff was exceptional, and a must try for anyone. We will definitely be going again. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and they surprised us with a delicious dessert.
My wife and I recently ate at Chama Gaucha for her birthday. We expected it to be pretty great from the reviews we'd read and the things we'd heard from friends. It was honestly one of the few times a restaurant exceeded our expectations. The place is well laid out, and has a fun atmosphere. The service is exemplary- I don't think I've had better service anywhere. You start with a warning from your waiter- Don't overdo the salad bar! I'm brazilian and def they are good! Had a blast with my friend, ate awesome churrasco and the service is just AMAZING!
