Robert C****** did a wonderful job explaining the Sun room material,installation,how long it will take to start. I live in a HMO ******in ********** and have to have this approved before I make my final decision to have the room done. I know I would love to go with your company but I have to wait and see if it is approved.
Company did all 10 of my windows in a timely fashion, very satisfied customer! I would recommend them to anyone, very efficient windows also my energy bills have already started to go down!
I called due to some of the Champion siding coming lose from my home. Rob showed up and fixed it all up within a weeks time. I was expecting a bunch of problems - you know how warranties go - but he fixed it with no hassle. They do charge a $119.00 trip fee which is not fun: you make me pay to have someone come out and do your warranty work but I understand with the cost of gas and wear/tear. Thank you Champion for living up to your warranty.
Champion offered a good price, performed the work well and provided a superior vinyl window and siding installation. Very satisfied here. Should be BBB A+ accredited, but they're pay to play now.
Champion installers, did a FABILOUS JOB! explained all the aspects of the work , and installation.Carefully installed my beautiful windows, so very polite and professional ! Best window on the market, best warranty, great price, great Installers, and great customer service!
Just ordered windows and had them installed a few days ago. Windows are excellent top notch quality for a mid range price. ******** had a worse warranty for almost twice the price. We are thrilled with our new, beautiful, energy efficient windows! Salesperson was fair and gave us a great deal. Installation crew was professional and efficient. Windows themselves are fantastic, double hung, double paned, foam insulated, and amazingly energy efficient and quiet.
Trey was an awesome sales associate!!! He was knowledgeable, no pressure, and an absolute delight to be with for the 2 hours we spent together!! Unfortunately, the windows were just out of our price range...but these windows really are great...and so was Trey!!
Tori, in Salt Lake City, was my representative and I thought she was excellent...a very good salesperson. She was very knowledgable and taught me a lot about windows. I didn't feel any pressure from her to buy. She answered my questions and explained things clearly. She made suggestions pertaining to the style of window that I should select and brought up points that I hadn't thought of. Very helpful and professional. Additonally, I liked having a female representative.
