PLEASE do not purchase anything from this company. They installed our windows in November 2024 and they still arent done. They make appointments to do the work, but either dont show up, show up with the wrong parts. If they do show up they made a big mess of the windows and the side of the house. Once they get their money they wont return calls or emails. Ive called other window companies to come fix Campions mess. Again PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS.
This has been such a hard company to work with. The sales guy that came to our home was super nice and friendly. He was the only good hearted employee we had gotten to meet. After the initial installment, damage was done to our home. Drywall knocked loose and all windows installed incorrectly. None were sealed all the way. None were waterproofed all the way. been paying 10yrs on these windows and they are the worst. had 11 windows replaced. I have such bad drafts the window locks on all windows were loose and these brown little spots appeared on window frames. I have yet to have clean windows inside and out after multi cleaning over these years. And they outsource their work.. I watched the man lick his finger to help spread the caulk around the windows,,seriously what was I thinking? It was my first experience. Don't ever go with a company who outsources! Esp CHAMPION...

When I agreed to use champion for window installation. The salesman made the process seems so professional and seamless. They provided videos of professional workers with champion windows attire and labeled vehicles. When the workers got here they were in regular clothing, no name tags or anything and a yellow moving truck. Please be aware none of the windows sold by Champion Windows in Omaha qualify the **** ******Tax credit. We were told at time of the sales presentation the windows were eligible for the credit. This was one of main selling points for us and had the windows ordered and installed. When requesting the "Qualified Manufacturer ID" necessary when filing for the tax credit, was told by customer tservice hat not only were our triple-pane pane windows not eligible, NONE of them were. Just want others to know say have energy efficiency windows but you cannot get the tax credit for them

I ordered 7 windows. Had a problem from the get go with outside salesman miss quoting. Then when windows were installed - all but bay window was installed. The windows installed went in no problem. Installers did great but no one spoke english. This is a recurring problem. Paid good money and would like someone onsite that speaks and understands english. I am on behalf of my elderly mother, who ordered windows from Champion in March 2025. Late February 2026, she JUST had her windows installed. Years prior to buying these windows, my brother and my mom bought windows together. Because Champion had his contact info, they called him even though my mom told them not to. In 2025 my brother was in the midst of a severe mental health crisis, and contact was dangerous and unproductive, and he wouldn't relay messages to her. DO NOT BUY from Champion Windows! DO NOT trust **** **** the installation manager. DO NOT trust *** ****because his comment if you talk about legal actions is that Champion Windows has the means to fight any legal issues. They will be quick to take your money but then they will not communicate with you. I would rather pay double the price then have to deal with Champion windows again!! DO NOT BUY from St. Petersburg Champion Windows!!!
