hired champion to do a patio awning cover 8 x 20 Pd $27,000 and I'm VERY disappointed and currently trying to get them to respond and resolve so many issues that l've experienced since they hired a sub contractor to do concrete and they cut my brand new concrete patio to the wrong dimensions, broke my gate into pieces and this was months ago and I still have a broken gate and messed up patio. From the start, this was a terrible experience working with them at multiple steps. We set a date for window and door measurements at the time of signing our contract in mid-April. They were a no show for that appointment and then when I called to inquire about the measurements, I was then told that they don't work at that time. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Do not order from Champion. As much money as they spend on advertising you would think they would spend a small portion of that on hiring more employees. I have 13 windows that have failed and after waiting weeks for someone to come out and agreed they need to be replaced under warranty, Im still waiting for them to they were ordered in March. In Nov. 2025 I placed an order for a new front door and sidelights. They showed up in Feb 2026 the door and sidelights didn't have the glass I ordered. When I called to mention this discrepancy, I was told the window people don't work with the door people, what the ****? Now it's June 2026 still no correct widows and with the heat, the door swelled and is almost impossible to open.Customer service is nonexistent. Don't waste your time.
am filing this complaint regarding Champion Windows’ refusal to honor what I believe should be covered under the terms of my warranty. We contacted Champion Windows regarding an issue with our windows/installation and were informed that a technician would need to come out. We opted to use champion for the replacement of all of our windows and the addition of a basement egress window. While the window installation itself was "ok", the excavation of the egress window was less than stellar. They hired a subcontractor to excavate the window-well; they managed to cut the in-ground sprinkler piping as well as the wiring to the valves. Spent ALOT of money on 19 windows and will NEVER buy from them again! The communication is horrible and they left holes in my trim, bent handle on my window, hole in screen, and the silicone was messy install! Do Not buy from ******!!!!
I needed to replace 7 windows in my home, and I have had champion windows do work on my home before so I made a appointment for an estimate for some windows on the buy 2 get 2 free or 3 for 3.
