I needed to replace 7 windows in my home, and I have had champion windows do work on my home before so I made a appointment for an estimate for some windows on the buy 2 get 2 free or 3 for 3. The representative came out ,we talked about how many windows we need, I said I want the 2 for 2 . The representative said fine and start measuring the windows that I wanted to replace. After he got the measurements we sat down and he went over what it was going to cost. After writing down a lot of numbers the price was 20,000 for the ... read more

I was told that my windows were high efficiently windows and that you can even get tax credits for choosing them. But today when its tax time " OH YOUR WINDOWS ARE HIGH EFFICIENCY BUT THEY DONT QUALIFY FOR A TAX CREDIT" Sorry...... anything else I can do for you..... its only 600 dollars but when you are told something and you spend 18k on new windows you would think there was no reason for the sales *** to LIE over a $600 credit

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback. The federal tax credit only applies to products classified as ****** ***r Most Efficient (ES7). While your windows are ****** ********* and energy efficient, they do not meet that specific threshold, so they do not qualify. Eligibility is determined by *** guidelines and is outside of our control. If you have any written documentation stating otherwise, wed be happy to review it. We also recommend checking with your tax professional to see if any other rebates or incentives may apply.

We started by ordering Champion windows in mid 2024. The problem here is the 3 panel sliding glass door. We spent 11K on. Champion windows installed this window and by May of 2025 we came home to our floor flooded due to some rain. After investigating we realized our new window was leaking. Jump ahead a few months and 3 different times and dates a repair tech, or crew came out to repair the leaks and did some damage to the inside and outside of our home on the last repair. It was so bad that after sending a few different man... read more

Please be aware: these windows do not qualify for a government tax credit. This is not communicated by reps. Instead, they emphasize how energy-efficient the windows are, which can easily lead you to believe that a credit will apply. When you then try to claim even a small portion back, you contact them for ****, they tell you, “We never said you would receive a credit.”

Business response:

The windows you received are ****** *********and energy efficient, but they do not meet the specific Most Efficient threshold required to qualify for the federal tax credit. Eligibility for tax credits is determined solely by federal guidelines and the **** not by our company. These requirements are subject to change and are outside of our control. That said, the products still meet ****** **** standards, and we recommend checking with your tax professional to see if there may be other rebates or incentives available for you... read more

Please stay away from this fraudsters with Champion Windows. I replaced 11 windows with them almost a year back and now the windows trims are rotting and the windows are fogging up. After trying to call them, they flatly rejected the ownership and didnt even bother to come take a look.Bad product Bad workmanship **************

Business response:

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to review your concerns regarding your recent service visit. Our records indicate that a service appointment was completed on 3/20 following your request on 3/17, during which an evaluation was performed. At that time, certain items identified were determined to be routine maintenance outside of the installation warranty period, while any eligible warranty concerns were reviewed accordingly. We also offered a service option to complete the req... read more

A new patio door was installed at my property. The door is a wonderful addition to my house. The issue I have is with after issue. I had a light switch that was cut during the installation that resulted in my electrician coming out to replace the newly installed light switch. The service charge was $125 at the time of service. I reached out to the Operations Manager in Omaha and he stated that they would send me a ****card for the amount. I have texted three times and left voice mails. I also called customer service who stat... read more

This company’s Chattanooga office scheduled an appointment and did not show up for their appointment and then asked to reschedule an hour after their original appointment time after rescheduling. They decided to show up early and get mad that I was not home to meet with them earlier than their expected time only to find out that after rushing home to meet with them that they cannot perform the job that they had contracted for I definitely do not recommend them

Subpar windows and subpar staff. Salesman looked at our windows and told us all the ways that his Champion windows were superior for sound reduction. The ONLY reason we started looking for windows was for sound reduction. He knew this as our windows were already double pane vinyl in good shape. We spent $14k and the sound was much worse. We ended up having to pay a glass guy to replace the glass and he mentioned it was the thinnest builders grade glass you can buy. These are no better than $200 ****** windows. Buyer beware o... read more
