Purchased new windows from Champion in April of this year. They were installed in June. I have no complaints on the work done. I was however told by the salesman that the installation would be done by Champion employees. The work was done by a sub contractor. On July 13th I received a letter from the subcontractor of notice of intent to file a construction lien and asking I pay $910.00. My work and windows were paid in full prior to install ($10,570) paid directly from the loan company Upgrade to Champion. I have left severa... read more

Here's a polished review that clearly describes your experience: Our experience with Champion Windows was extremely disappointing. What should have been a straightforward window installation turned into a frustrating process that lasted over a year before everything was finally installed correctly. One of the biggest issues was the constant turnover in management. Every time we thought we were making progress, our point of contact had quit, and we had to start over with someone new. This lack of continuity made communication... read more

Champion refuses to give me the energy efficiency rating for the door that I purchased. The door they installed has such a small opening I can't even get a chair through it! They also gave me a "vacation voucher" that is an absolute SCAM. I trusted them and now I'm out $300 and have a new door I can barely use.

I sent pictures of a piece at the bottom of one of my champion windows that had become disconnected. The champion sales *** who was here a couple of months ago to quote another job could not get this piece to stay attached. Champion required $130 prepayment before they would schedule someone to come out to look at this. So much for the lifetime warranty. The service man from Champion just left taking less than 5 minutes to correct the detached piece. He stated this was a common problem for customers. The pictures I sent show... read more

Had front door & screen door replaced by them. Screen door needs a new bottom as the rubber portion keeps rolling up letting cold air and ice inside on main door. They have been out four times issue never fixed. Was supposed to be here 6/29/26 between 12-4. Never called and never showed up. I have contacted this company several times. Refuse to replace the screen door. Say that just happens. I’ve never had this happen to other doors. Be Leary of this company. The talk a good talk but service is awful. I have a life time warr... read more

We have been a long-time customer with Champion Windows but I'm here to make people aware that this location at least here in ******** ******* has fallen from a level of Customer Service to a frustrating experience at best. We have been in contact with this office and their Rep who handles multiple States around us too many times to count spanning over a years' time now to get window screens replaced. We have had their Rep out to measure several times and they still can't the screens cut to fit the latest they attempted won'... read more

I order windows from Champion largely because they said they were Energy Star Certified and I could apply for tax rebates. The servicing tech provided me with the Energy Performance Rating stickers for each of the 11 windows I bought and said to use them when filing for tax credit. When I filed my government taxes, the form asks for a code for the window company. I looked for the code and could not find one on their website. I called customer service only to be told that don't have a tax code for customers seeking rebates des... read more

Business response:

Thank you, Ms. ******* for your service to our country and for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the federal tax credit. While Champion windows are Energy Star rated, not all Energy Star products qualify for the federal tax credit. Federal guidelines require products to meet the "Energy Star Most Efficient" criteria, and the windows purchased do not meet those specific requirements. As a result, there is no IRS tax credit code available for these products. We understan... read more
