Dealing with Champion has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with any company. I ordered windows 2 years ago, and they made the wrong color, even though the *** approved color was written on their order form. My *** spent at least a year getting them replaced with the right color, only to have them replaced with full size (insanely cheap) screens when I ordered the half size. First, they got measured wrong. So windows were reordered. Then, I received a window from a completely different customer! So back to waiting on the other window, which was damaged... back to ordering again. During the summer months, I realized that the windows didn't block the heat. I cannot express how satisfied we have been with champion. We had 6 windows and a slider door replaced. First install shows up after 10,weeks of waiting on order and 5 of th 7 total are the WRONG dimensions. Had to reorder, out on rush and waited another 4 weeks. 2ofcthexremaining 5 are still the WRONG dimensions. Rushed order again and 3 weeks later they replaced final 2. The worst ever! I ordered 4 windows, it took them 3 times to get one bedroom right. They made it too small then tried to ***** it to make it look right. Now Ive been waiting over 2 years for screens for that window. First ones ripped, now theyve sent the wrong size out twice. They now told me they want to charge a trip charge to come look at it. I refused, so no screens!

We contacted Champion for a 4 Season Room, I was the victim of a bate and switch scenario because they kept negotiating a price we could afford but neglected to say it was for a 3 Season Room! My fault I agree as I signed the contract and didnt look it over more intensely. However, they installed the room, but the storm doors werent installed properly and leak cold and hot air into the room. Champion windows came out and provided me a quote. Contracts singed, materials picked out, loans requested and charged. Two weeks later the manager called to tell me that I was grossly misquoted and the order was being cancelled. Most unprofessional company I've ever worked with. BUYER BEWARE

Our contract says Great Day Improvements/Patio Enclosures, and business is not found on the BBB list, however the address and the complaints are exactly the same. We had our patio enclosed in August 2025. We had no complaints until the plastic window seals started popping out, and falling to the ground. We were told to send pictures back in October 2025 and someone would get back to us. We have not heard from a single person, and have called, left multiple messages, and no one will give us answers.
