We had a smaller window order of 3 windows, which likely helped. The *****, ** branch beat their expected delivery date by 2-4 weeks and our windows were installed 5 weeks after they measured. The price was comparable with the 4 other bids we got, projected delivery was considerably shorter than the others and we are very happy with the windows and the entire transaction!

Such a pleasant and smooth experience. The Salesman, **** N was awesome. We went into this deal expecting the worse and it turned out to be quite the opposite! They accepted the coupon offer, windows scheduled and installed within 6 weeks of placing the order. The install crew was on time, experts, and the most respectful, and courteous install tech's that we've ever had in our home. Salesman was on point answered every question I had about product being offered as well as providing follow up contact info in case of additional questions. The demonstration I must say was impressive to this somebody not easily impressed. Based solely on his knowledge and care of service provided I will add Champion to the top of my wish list.

We are happy with the windows, and installation. The only problem was the time it took for the installation.We were told it would be a one day project.When the installer arrived, he said there was no way to finish in one day. That was Tuesday.He said he would be back on Friday,.When he wasn't here by 1 pm, I called Champion. After 20 minutes on hold, I was told the installer had been double booked for Friday, and would not be there that day They said he would be back on Monday, which he was, and he finished the install.

I am so happy with my new Champion siding and doors. My home looks beautiful. Our salesman Kyle W**** was terrific. He took a lot of time with us to ensured that our order was perfect. The siding team was careful and explained everything step by step. I liked that I had direct phone numbers for Mark at Champion and for Robert the person in charge of our work crew. The sales person was friendly, no strong, high pressure sales and even supported my decision to purchase a less energy efficient window, due to the windows not get direct sunlight. Not your typical sales person, enjoyed our chat and be willing to recommend him to others.
