I'm only leaving a 1-star review for this company because zero stars is not an option. Had 3 windows installed on 3/27/19. Workman did not leave till almost 9 p.m. so company was closed for the day. Contacted company the next morning with a list of 18 fails/ damages that occurred during installation to include the fact that nowhere in their literature that was provided me did it state that the new windows would be better than 4 in more narrow than my current windows nor would I be able to use my current window blinds as they... read more

I have screens that have to be replaced every year because insects eat holes in them. I think a screen by definition should stop bugs. And Champion's "free replacement" is now $99 after 2 years.

Windows were excellent and continue to work well. Siding installation went well and appeared very good for a little over a year. Some gusty winds 10-15 MPH caused a large section (only 1 for now) to come loose. Call customer service and the their soonest schedule available is 5 weeks. Now (mid May) severe winds are coming!! Photos available and I’ll be recording progress of events until they show up.

Salesman came to my house and quoted a price for new windows after going through his long presentation that, while interesting, trashes their competitor window companies. Price is in the $10,000.00 range. I had told him I was gathering information and pricing from multiple companies before making a decision. Then he said he had to call his company and they'd see if there were anymore discounts in my zip code. 4/8 signed contract with Champion Windows and paid $1100 deposit. Sales Manager Camille S**** said due to their high quality products the cost is typically $500 more than competitors. A 2nd quote was obtained which was $830 less than Champion for the competitor's highest ranked window. Champion contract had 3 day cancellation policy and I cancelled on 2nd day by written "chat", email & text to Sales Manager Camille S**** who requested I bring my cancellation letter to his office, which I declined as the contract did not requ... read more

I had window, siding and gutters done 11/26/18, I have called four times about siding falling off in different areas of my home. The last call started the end of March 2019, since then siding has fallen down in another spot and another section is flapping in the wind. I have contacted customer service and have been in contact with a very nice representative, but like I said I have been talking to her and she has been following up with me about the situation since it started. We had a sunroom installed in 2016. We have been trying to get an issue with the room fixed since spring of 2018. 4 people, working for Champion have come out said what they believe needs done to fix the room and only one of those people have followed up or come back to try to correct the issue. He did the best he could but we still have a gap from the roof line to the window and we still have the leak from the ceiling. No call no show for a scheduled appointment after appointment was confirmed two days prior. Will probably be doing business with a different company.

very pushy and I couldn't sign the contract due to last might work travel when I got back they double the price. forget about the 40% discount on their website its rubbish
