This company has been the worst I have ever dealt with. I had windows put in last May. One of the smaller windows didn’t fit so they had to order another one. The picture window in front of the house does not fit flush with the house, it sticks out about 3 inches from the siding. They came back out and took pictures and said they would get back with me. I gave them a $2700 check 3 months ago, and work has not started. I can't get a hold of anyone unless i call for days. They say they have no local foreman in the area to do the work. I would not give these people money up front. They do not answer phones or return calls and ask for more % money up front than any contractor I have ever worked with. I wish I could go lower than 1 star. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company ever. Over 30 of our windows have seal failure. We purchased a home that had a transfer warranty; I was not aware of the time limit on that, and tried to speak to someone to possibly give an extension on the warranty because of how many windows had seal failure. Without discussing anything with me, they cancelled my contract 6 weeks after I put down 1/3 of the $38000. Sales person never called to tell me there was a problem. This company's ethics are very concerning. Will never do business with them after this.

We received a flyer advertising Champion Windows & Home Exteriors, the precise name and image on the BBB website. My wife made an appointment. We need one picture window replacement and one transom widow in our sun room. After discussing our needs with their representative he wrote in small numbers on a sheet of paper 4,173, which was the estimate for the single picture window and transom. WORST COMPANY EVER! Do not give them your money! They’re quick to take your deposit but it’ll be WEEKS after you hear from them. That’s only after hassling them. It’s been over 5 weeks and I STILL have not got a date scheduled for installation. Customer service is worthless...

Thank goodness I didn't buy windows, but I did strongly entertain the idea of buying. Their salesman came to my home and was pitching their product for 2 1/2 hours. Then they give you a price that is way out of anyone's budget, but wait there's more ... Then they start knocking percentages off for all sorts of stuff - they even gave me 5% off because I answered a couple of questions correctly about what they had explained to me in their high pressure sales pitch. This is a complaint regarding the local (Memphis, TN) Champion Windows warranty service. We have had our windows for at least a decade, and they are in need of some service. When I initially called for service, the technician came, made a careful list of what needed to be done, but disagreed on a couple of areas and did not record them. Update 09/2019: The regional Champion manager responded to this post immediately, and promised a quick resolution to our requests. The technician to came to work on them (the same person) fixed most of the problems, but not all, and admitted he was not sure how/if the others could be resolved; he said he would speak with his manager about them. Just signed up for windows ($9000+) 8/30/2019. Billed for 1/2 cost before cancellation date, within 1 business day after signing with cancellation date within 3 business days. Require HOA approval, billed prior to getting approval. No goods or services yet provided. Reviews are not impressive, neither is this one. Cancelling service contract.
