Bob S****** and estimator Matt D**** of the northern Colorado company are complete liars. The company bid the job for new windows in my home. I agreed to contract price at which point things went sideways. Estimator first said the pride for the door he quoted might be a lot more. Mind you this is after he already gave me a number and had me agree to it. Then the next day calls and tells me he left out window and I’m better off picking another company. What? The rep who came bid the offer and provided a good deal, so we decided to go with Champion. First issues happened when the window measurements took place about a week later than expected. Measurements were conducted and a template was taken. After the 8 weeks came and went I called the rep to find out a status. He said he would look into it and never got back with me. Bellevue, NE - The latch on one of the sliding glass windows on our Champion sunroom would not work properly, keeping the window locked. We called Champion the end of the week of August 5, 2019 to request a repair. My husband was told that someone would call us within 24 to 48 hours and that there would be a $99 charge for looking at the door and there would be at least two visits. Sloppy work, no customer service, giving me the runaround, my room is not Finnish, I am still fighting them, took my money and run, do not use champion for anything find a different company you will be glad you did they don’t get any point I will give you this date today August 2019 and it’s been over a year now

On April 4, 2019 we ordered a double window with an arch window on top and a sliding glass door. We were told that it would be 60 to 90 days for delivery. Finally on July 12, 2019 they came to install the window and door. The installer did a lot of measuring of the window and door before beginning. I was then told that he could install the door but they did not send "a part" so he could not install the window. Also said the "the part" should arrive by the end of the week. The sales person misrepresented the prices & the financing. Also sold the wrong product purposely, had to cancel half of the work that was to be done. The windows took over 6 weeks to get installed, & one guys came to install them and took a day for 5 windows. A crew was supposed to come and take a couple hours. When the financing payment came it was all wrong. Beware of dishonest pricing schemes for existing customers! We had Champion replace half of the windows in our house six months ago at a cost of over $30,000. I was/am pleased with the windows and the installation work. I contacted them recently to discuss Phase II of the window replacements in our house. They told me they were having a special incentive of an extra 10% off if I would sign the contract before the end of this month since it is the end of their sales quarter. Sounded good to me. Horrible customer service. Had to make several calls to even get someone to come to the house to look at the windows. After over a month "Larry" their only special tech showed up with an arrogant and rude demeanor and was gone within 10 minutes. He tossed a brochure regarding condensation on the table and said to read it as it would answer all my questions. Got ice on the INSIDE of the window and when you open the window after it rains, water drops down from the top of the window. When I told him a new screen would make me h... read more

Warning: Champion contracted for a project. After not hearing from them for a few weeks a representative from the New England area called to tell me they would not honor the contract unless I agreed to pay an extra $6,000. Fast forward a few weeks later the same representative called, introduced himself and told me Champion would not honor the contract unless I paid an additional $14,000. I reminded the representative who I was, that he called me weeks before, and now he is inflating the price again. Apparently this is Champ... read more
