Had a salesman come in on Saturday. The windows were a bit expensive, but they looked great. We were unsure about it since they were the first people we had come in, so the guy told us if we signed today we would have one week to cancel. One week seemed like enough time, so we agreed. 4 days later I decided the price was just too expensive so I called to cancel. The representative on the phone told me I had only 3 days to cancel. Champion windows will lie to you about price. They will take you for as much as they can. Thy ripped me off for at least $2000 on 6 windows. Their windows are way overpriced for what you get.They charged me over a thousand dollars per window. I was stupid for believing them. You can get as good of a window for half of what they ask for theirs.Do not believe their sales pitch as it is a lie and they are just after your money.

Two months later and our issues aren't resolved and we cannot get any answers from Champion. Our screened porch was closed in before Christmas and it took until late January to get issues resolved (broken glass replacement, caulking, weatherstripping on the door). And we still don't have our screens. On January 23 Chamption took all but 2 of our screens back and said they needed to be adjusted and would be returned in a few days. The salesman came out and stated a price almost 3 times anyone else. Then after many "discounts" he got it down to twice anyone else. When I finally told him he was too expensive he found another discount of $1100 if I put a sign on my front lawn. We live at the end of a dead end street! The product might have high quality but the salesman really lacked any integrity. Would not recommend the product based on this experience.

I signed a contract in 2019 they told me the windows would be put in at 8 weeks well 8 weeks went past and I tried calling the office no one in the office knows anything. I called multiple times with no return call. then they come at about 10 weeks to install my windows and the two men who came left cigaret butts all over my driveway they kept complaining that they had to put in 8 windows with just 2 men. then they heavy set guy said the windows was only good for about 10 years and with the hopes that champion hopes the hous... read more

I ordered siding and windows-and paid in full for both-in August. I was told that it would be approximately 8 weeks to manufacture everything, then I would be contacted to schedule installation. 8 weeks would have been the end of October. I didn't get my windows until the 1st week of December (after numerous phone calls), and I still don't have my siding. Today was the 5th day in the last 3 weeks that installation of my siding was supposed to be started, and for the 5th time in 3 weeks, no one showed up and no one called to ... read more

A one star review is generous. But you can't pick zero stars.I bought a house with an enclosed porch. Several of the sliding doors were broken. The original installer was Champion, so nobody else will fix them. Four years ago I tried to get them replaced. After 3 months of trying to get someone to return my calls, I gave up. I thought I'd try again. New office, new people so I had my hopes up. It's been 3 months again. I can't even get an estimate. Nobody will return my calls.

This company appears to be advertising with 100% warranty however, getting someone to call you back has become a joke. One last day to redeem themselves and then a formal complaint is coming for false advertising among others. I hope this is an unusual case but as I read through other reviews, I see this may be quite common. What happened to this company?

Took them 9 weeks to show up was told 4 to 6 weeks for work to start and 2 to 3 days to finish. Took over a week didn't have all the supplies.Showed up NO HEADS UP/NO CALL SAYING THAT THEY WERE COMING. When they did show up they removed sections of my fence with out asking. I have 3 large breed dogs that the fence keeps in. Was told windows will be done first that didn't happen they started siding the house without the windows being here. Then had to stop and wait another week. When they finished they still had trash amd NAI... read more
