I have been calling, and e-mailing Champion regularly for several months with no callback. I need service on my (expensive) patio room....I am getting the run-around. I am very disappointed and am not getting the service I was promised in the beginning. The workmanship was shoddy---the screens don't slide. One of my windows has a broken seal (thus condinsation forms). There is rust & a hole on an electrical metal track. Now I find out there is no one locally to call to fix the problems. Champion Windows *** ******, WI Pros: Salesman was great of course. The staff was professional and courteous. Cons: I had to basically project manage their work which is complete **. They said for a whole house, 24 windows and wraps it would take 2-3 days. Its been 3 months and they still haven't finished the wraps. Champion promised a 30% discount off my sunroom being considered. Champion increased the price of that room by more than 30% then reduced that inflated price by 30%. They gave me an impression that they would finance the loan for supplying the room only to later state they have a company that’ll finance what is probably its retail price and informed me to seek another personal loan to cover all other cost. Costs for which I wasn’t given an invoice to justify its total cost.

i think this company is in serious trouble. worst experience i have ever gone though. only thing that went ok was the salesman. terrible install job and poor customer service. finally after 4 months i got a decent installer to fix what 4 others could not. there late beyond 2 hour window, wont return calls promptly . lie right to your face. used them 15 years ago and was great. now i would not tell anyone to use them. even the quality control at plant is shabby . alot of things they had to come back and fix were quality issue... read more

I am a previous Champion customer and purchased windows, front door, and French patio door from them over the past 10 years. We decided to add a storm door, which we signed for on June 19, 2020 and paid half on that date. The gentleman came out on June 23, 2020 to re-measure the frame. I contacted Champion on August 10, 2020 to request a status update since I had not heard anything from anyone. They promised to make a Sunroom in March. This is August and absolutely nothing's happened in my backyard till date. They won't start the work and won't even refund my money so I may go else where. I have left multiple vmails last week and this morning and gotten no response so far.

I got my siding put on the end of November to middle of December 2019. I asked if would be to cold for them to put it up and was told no. Come spring my Shake siding that was put on in the front of the house started to buckle. Couldn't get anyone to come to look because of the virus.
