The sales person was friendly, no strong, high pressure sales and even supported my decision to purchase a less energy efficient window, due to the windows not get direct sunlight. Not your typical sales person, enjoyed our chat and be willing to recommend him to others.
**** gave us a quote on a bay window for our kitchen today. He was very knowledgeable about the Champion windows, showed us pictures of exactly what the window would look like and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He listened to what we wanted before making his recommendation and was very easy to talk to. We are return customers to Champion and are excited to be working with them again on the new window.

My appointment with the sales person was very pleasant. No pressure, no complex data or numbers. He was friendly, professional, and thorough to explain until I understood everything. He was upfront and honest about delayed construction due to COVID-19.
