Sales rep was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He went through the presentation very professionally.
David R. Was an amazing Representative for Champion. He was very knowledgeable about their products and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to for clarity. He also walked through additional details about the windows, and showed me what Champion offers as opposed to the competitors that stood out. He's professional without being stuffy.
Great customer service, good quality windows . Definitely saved on heating and cooling after windows were installed.
Great experience with Champion. Your man, ****, was very cordial and explained the best way to get what we wanted, and the proceedures of building the sunroom we asked for them build for us. My appointment with the sales person was very pleasant. No pressure, no complex data or numbers. He was friendly, professional, and thorough to explain until I understood everything. He was upfront and honest about delayed construction due to COVID-19.
My review is only for the salesman, ***, who was on time and very courteous. Walked me through my window options and explained things clearly. I look forward to my window install and hope it goes just as well.
Both the salesperson and the measuring team arrived promptly as scheduled. Both seemed very knowledgeable about their product, and were professional and friendly. After making several calls and talking with many people about replacing a large, solarium type window, we felt Champion is the only company that could give us what we were truly looking for. We hope we are as happy with the installation and end product.
So far the only thing I have had done is the initial salesperson who sold me on the 3 season porch and the initial measurements. They are ***** weeks out on install so I cant give more feedback than this at the moment.
