We have had 2 window installations wirh Champion. Rhe first was great, well done andprmptly as scheduled.The second was a disaster. We were told they would call back with delivery date. Installation crew showed up inannounced next day. Sill repair was qupted, installation crew not notified so dis not have nexessaey marerials. Tested for lead which was positive(and test paid for). We would not recommend this installation crew. They scuffed up the white vinyl is many places, the door glass is scratched, they did not clean up at all when they finished, the door lock wasn't working properly, the screen door was not adjusted properly. The caulking job was horrible (caulk on the stucco, caulk on the carpet, it was smeared on the wall around the door), a trim piece outside didn't fit (had a big lump under one place), etc.

We are very disappointed with Champion and would not recommend them. Although the room is beautiful, it seems overpriced, took much linger than expected, and we were treated poorly by one of Champions employees.

I would advise people to really take their time when purchasing windows. If you have the budget to buy Champion Windows, it would be worth it to go to another company and spend a little more. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you choose Champion, don't believe the contract or what you are promised verbally. That is my fault that I accepted a verbal promise but I got windows that I did not want and did not order. I paid $9,000 for something I did not want.

We replaced a large bathtub window with one that needed to be frosted, unable to see in. The sales person was told this. She showed us two samples of what were supposedly frosted glass. In fact, the one we selected was only opaque, allowing the neighbors next door to watch us bathe. This was pointed out to the Division Manager who at first told us that we got what we ordered. After we kept a ongoing dialog with him, he agreed to replace the window with the right characteristics if we paid half. We had no choice but to agree.... read more
