I believe the public, minus my family and friends, should have an opportunity to try Champion without having to read what would mostly be a negative review, due to the sales price issue, as I believe they are a company capable of doing the right things to completely satisfy customers. It is also good for the competitors.

There seemed to be a clear difference before the installation and after. The presentation was good. The salesman was prompt. Once the windows were installed, there was absolutely no follow up from the company to see how the installation went. When I called with some issues needing to be addressed, there was a half-hearted attempt addressing them. I have not heard from them since. The problem has not resolved.
