This entire experience was not one that I would recommend to anyone else.
The installation was horrible.
I feel that Champion as a whole got my order, got my money, and left me in the dark. I ordered my windows on 07 September 2021, had my financing billed in November of 2021 for $5700+, and received no other update until I contacted John Maenza to get information on installation. Once before I called him, my wife contacted the local office, and was told she would receive a call back. We are still waiting for that call. I would never want anyone to experience the delays and crap I went through trying to get doors I could have had months earlier and less expensive and been equally happy! I pray I don’t have an issue because if this is how things are done before installation I can’t imagine getting something fixed that I’m not trying to give your company money for
