Our experience using Champion was wonderful. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they just did a perfect job for us. We've used them before for another project as well, and we always enjoy them.
After having gone through the total experience with Champion, I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about adding a room to their home. The quality of construction and the people we worked with was unparalleled in our opinion.

Two of the glass panels had noticeable scratches (one was 13 inches long). Both panels are on order to be replaced. These scratches should have been noticed ahead of time. Also, one of the glass patio doors seems to have some cleaning lines/smudges in-between the panes. I am waiting for the on-order panels to be replaced before going after this issue. Problems with the installation and an install crew. No boot coverings, broke a Swedish plate on the bedroom wall and tried to hide it. Did not clean windows or ensure that all windows locked with no problems.

Ive worked with other replacement windows companies that didnt make me pay 90% before the windows were installed. - Too much upfront payment. Also Peter at the office said they would not start work until they had received another 30% when 60% had already been paid. Found him to be rude. -pad the initial salesperson had said the top metal piece on the windows would only be a few inches. It seems like it’s actually almost one and a half to 2 feet wide. If we had known that would’ve probably gotten four glass all the way to the top. - relatively happy with the outcome.
