They were very expensive, and I'm still dealing with issues. Customer service was horrible. and parts of the installation was horrible.
I got a problem with the salesman, i got a problem with the installers and i got a problem with the warranty service too.

I am VERY Very sorry that I did business with this unprofessional company. They should replace the windows or return all by money. The salesmen brings in a window and says this is the window that we will in stall. Well not so all they did was replace the window sash and not the window frames.
do not get a roof because the current 7 man is not anybody I would hire... are not Champion employees--just sub contractors and are not anybody I want to deal with. Only 1 speaks English and he is not present at all times..............
I thought Champion Windows of Charlotte could have been more personable when your spending that amount of money. I felt like just another number or another customer.
