The guys who did the sunroom construction were great but the company only cares about the money. Champion never requested my final inspection so it delayed me putting down flooring. They also never did a final walkthrough of the completion. I had to call the county building permit office to get the job completed.
Champion has not finished the job yet!😠

This was the worst experience that I had with sales person. He increased sales price over 2 thousands - telling me that he miscalculated numbers. I don’t trust that guys and he seems very dishonest. No suggestion or advise was given about the floor and constructed sunroom on my bare floor which I would have made better if I was given some options. I was bounded to pay 30% cancellations fee if I wanted to cancel when nothing only order was taken. Crew and himself had came back again to take measurements. Very disappointing an... read more
My installation experience was not good. When I contacted the office about this - the conversations did not go well and Champion seemed uninterested in my concerns
1) terrible concrete work; caused rainwater to leak into my home 2) failed inspections 3) supervisor untruthful, unprofessional, unresponsive 4) wanted me to sign off on project before final inspection 5) final cleaning yet to be finished 6) punchlist yet to be completed 7) unresponsive to requests to finish project
