The original window that was installed had to be removed and reordered due to factory defects and poor workmanship.

The sales manager was kind and knowledgeable as was the delivery manager, but I was grossly under informed about a lot of details from my sales person. Those details would have likely made me choose to go with another option and were carefully omitted

Replaced the window but just wrapped the rotten wood at the bottom with vinyl. I made clear that was what I needed fixed. The window itself was ok.

We placed our order at the end of Aug 2021. They didn’t place the order til mid Oct. it is now April 15 and we are still waiting from them to replace a window that came frosted and a broken pane. They set up a time to come out - never showed and never called. We had to reach out to them to get it rescheduled. The windows look great but the service is trash.
