do not get a roof because the current 7 man is not anybody I would hire... are not Champion employees--just sub contractors and are not anybody I want to deal with. Only 1 speaks English and he is not present at all times..............

I thought Champion Windows of Charlotte could have been more personable when your spending that amount of money. I felt like just another number or another customer.

I would give them a - 5 rating star rating. It is too soon to report of the quality and I commend the salesman Kevin Nelson. He knows his stuff he is a terrific communicator. He follows up and follows through. Furthermore, he could not do a better job, and is a gem. The installers were terrific. Corey, the project manager for the doors was good. Peter, the project manager or my sun room should feel horrible when he cashes his check. He told me 3-5 days to get it done, and they are still not complete. Last I heard from Peter ... read more

Doors installed on 3/9/21. It is now 4/19/21 and the job is still not completed. Worst customer service of any company I've seen in years.
