Buyer beware. The quality of the actual windows is OK, but the service is extremely poor. Our experience with the installers and the office staff, once our sales person left us and was onto the next sale, was completely unacceptable. Steve Marangos was a good salesman, but was annoyed after the purchase when we would contact him about updates on timing and service. We had to contact them about scheduling the install. We would never recommend Champion Windows. The installation issues and experience was horrible from beginning to end. It took a month, and constant outreach on our part, to resolve ongoing issues. The amount of money we paid, to have ongoing issues, is beyond frustrating. Additionally, we will never be certain that our issues in the future will be resolved because of how the installation process and issues were handled by Champion.

Every one of the new windows has condensation and I am told that is normal.

I wont recommend you. The time it took for the installation was bad, and the price was $3k which was too much. I don't think it was the same quality that was advertised us.
