They are alright but not the best. They hire outside contractor. They don't have much control on that though. They are looking for the cheapest companies and I wouldn't recommend them.
The material were good but the project manager was not.
Scheduling was terrible.
Apparently this company is hit or miss with their ability to install windows. I would highly suggest that you not rely on them to install your windows during the winter. They claim it can be done, however, you will be re-scheduled several times as they cannot install when the temperatures are below 30*F
I had ordered a door with a 9 grid pattern of glass. When it came, it was a solid piece of glass with no grids. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the correct door.
calls NEVER RETURNED wasn't told MY order was pushed back NEVER TOLD ANYTHING!!
