The workers were great and did excellent job. The wrong color trim was installed. I called right away. I left 3 messages for Terry the warehouse manager. After the 3rd call when i was going to stop payment on my check, he called back. Said he was aware of the wrong color and would be out to look at it the following week. 3 weeks later i called and left message. I gave them a 2 rating because of the pricing.
Customer service does not return phone calls to get a minor install problem fixed. A small hole exists in 1 window screen upon install. Have contacted customer service 4 times over several weeks and have yet to receive a response.
The noise coming in through the windows from outside is what was bothering me. I was hoping the noise wouldn't get through once the new windows were closed, but it does. That was my biggest concern, which wasn't resolved.
The installers were helpful and did nice work. The person scheduling the installation had no idea what needed to be done time wise. The salesman who worked there for 10 yrs tried to add cost after the contract was signed that only confused the crew and us on more than one item ...the salesman says o...
Not a chance
I'm still waiting for them to come back because there was a defect in one window. It took awhile for a guy to come out and say they would get me a new window. That's the last I heard out of them since about two or three weeks ago.
Install and product are great for the money, sales team and wearhouse will give you the run around. Choose them at your own risk and pray it's done correct the first time, If not be prepared to wait.
