Since this is my second time having my front door replaced by Champion - NO I would not recommend this product to anyone. The crew was great, the people I spoke to were wonderful, but the product has been a pain in the neck to deal with.
Salesman was almost two hours late. Then the item I wanted was 30% higher priced than what I was sold. Finally, installation was delayed a week. Look elsewhere.
Signed my contract at the end of June 2016, waited until Nov. 2016 for my windows, when they arrived the windows were too small. Somebody measured wrong. They put a rush on them and they arrived in January 2017. One out of five of the Windows wasn't right so they ordered a new one, when it came it was the wrong window, they finally ordered another one and got it right and finished the job in May 2017. On Sept 1 2016 Joe Fetter sold me 8 regular windows and 1 bow window -was told 4 to 6 weeks to be installed .In Oct .5 2016 - 8 windows were installed .I was told that my bow windows would be installed on oct.31 2016 - window was to small for the opening .I called same day and Jan said that she though my bow was already installed .Jan promised me I would have the bow window in on Dec.2 2016 -I received a call from Champion that the bow window was damaged in there dock . I wish they would've completed working with me because I would've liked to have had a bay window.
Windows are great quality, but the project did not pan out exactly like I asked.
The office was not timely at all in contacting me or returning my calls. I resorted to e-mailing Todd Dickson, Peter Adam, and Karen Miller for help in completing the project. Absolutely the worst office staff and customer service. I would not recommend to anyone. My project took 9 months to complete - there were problems with ordering the materials.
