Be very aware that there might be differences with the window's sizes. We weren't told that it was going to be so different.

We placed our down payment on the window. The order somehow got lost and the window was not ordered for an entire month. Our schedule was off by a month for the rest of the project. The staff would tell us that the window was on its way when it actually was not en route. We were not happy with our experience with Champion Windows. It caused a lot of problems over the summer.

The sales associate Brandt was really accommodating and instructional, unfortunately the out sourced crew that came was not at all professional in discussing the company, and the materials had to be constantly overseen. The roof Brandt sold us was not the exact one that they were going to install, though they did a great job in the end, it was a stressful and contentious process. Steve M. was a good salesman. I just think the pricing is too high. The financing is bad. There should be less interest fees when going in on a large job.

I would suggest that anyone going with this company ask questions and confirm what Champion says they are going to do first.

It was disappointing that calling the service department just sends me to their voice mail. The phone in the service department should have someone picking up the phone and answering.

Signed contract Sept 28th, 2014. Hector said that the cement contractor & electrician accepted major CC's. I found out the night before they were to pour the pad, that they didnot. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CHAMPION WINDOWS TO ANYONE. THE SALESMAN LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!! IT TOOK LONGER THAN 10 WEEKS JUST TO GET OUR WINDOWS IN. FIRST THEY COULDN'T FIND THE ORDER, THEN THEY KEPT SAYING OH IT WILL BE ON THE NEXT TRUCK. 5 TRUCK LOADS LATER THEY FINALLY ARRIVED.
