When recommending this company, I would tell them about the lack of soundproofing and tell them to compare that to other companies. I would also tell them about how I was surprised by the price of the color increasing by $100 per window in between replacing the first set of windows and the second set of windows.

My condo enclosure was started in October and I am still waiting for the correct screen doors to be installed even though the job is paid in full. I constantly have to call to follow up. Very disappointed with the service.

I wouldn't recommend Champion Windows to anyone. The issues that I had could have been resolved easier and quicker than they were. It caused a lot of heartache. I am satisfied with the job, but it should not have taken a month to take care of such a small issue.

The sales and pricing methods were questionable. I would have liked a complete explanation for the sales method. The end product and the installation was exceptional.

I would not recommend Champion's windows and siding. The product is not what they say and their installation is not what they claim it will be.

My roof was installed properly, but a sloppy job was done with the flashing and trim on my brick fireplace chimney. After several calls, the workmen did come back out and did the best they could to remedy the problem but there is not much that can be done. When our siding was installed, everything went smoothly and we were very happy, which is why we had you do our roof. After all the aggravation with this project, I'm sorry we didn't go elsewhere.
