It took 21 weeks to get the windows still have issues that have not been resolved. Still no screens
Any company asking for a 5 star review before the customer receives the product is not trustworthy. After getting my signature & full payment, the company forgot about me. I waited 2 months without any contact from them. I had to call Champion to get scheduled- another 2 weeks. Then, 2 out my 3 bay windows was made wrong. The salesman repeatedly tried via phone & email & using the installer to get us to sign the paperwork that the work was completed. We wouldn’t, since 2 windows needed to be replaced. Worst experience with any company! The truth is not a common practice.
The work wasn't finished correctly. There is a punch list that needs to be addressed. Still waiting on that to complete.
