On April 4th the salesman came out and he said it would take 4-6 weeks, and it has been 6 months and i still have not heard from them. I contacted them and i have not heard from them. I paid for the windows, and I'm still waiting to at least hear back from someone.
Was told everyday for an entire week that my windows would be installed. Finally on Sunday beginning the next week I got a call that my windows would be installed on Monday which was the next day. I didn’t believe them because they had said the same thing for a whole week before. The installers were subcontractors and not champion employees. The work was not the best.
