I would rate Champion higher but they took several months to install the windows after I purchased them. Likely due to the difficulty getting installation teams in the pandemic - but it was too long.

The first crew they sent was not good. They sent out a second crew, and they were completely professional and did an excellent job!

See below. The issues related to communication from the installation team/company after the deposit was made. There was no communication about delays in getting the windows. Then the installation took > 3 times longer than predicted. The second part is less problematic but still hard to understand. the communication telling me that the windows would take an extra two months longer than anticipated - this would have been easy, but no one contacted me or attempted to return my phone calls/messages

WAY too expensive and not worth the money. The salesman promised to "demolish" the living room wall to install the sunroom. We previously had 3 huge windows, as well as 3 windows above them in our cathedral ceiling room. Not only did Champion NOT demolish the walls, Champion installed the doors in the place of the prior windows and the top windows, they made 1/2 smaller the size they previously were. The customer service is not as it used to be with Champion. This was my third time using them and my worst experience.
