The manager of the installers never contacted me back about the window they broke. I even have mold growing at the window since it has yet to be fixed and no one has reached out to me about it.
Matt was a pleasure to work with. I have already referred Kim and Marty Troutman
The installation was professional and the crew did exactly what they said, but I am not sure that I will ever get over this bad experience.
I bought a sliding glass door and was not impressed with the installation process. The installers left a mess (dirt and grass inside, left the old trim and various scraps on the ground outside), they did not reattach the security sensor to the door, and the lock doesn't work right. I had to call Customer Service three times to get someone to come look at the lock. They came by a week after installing it and said that the lock was just "stiff" from the door being new. The sale was fine, but the service is lacking.
Before you plan on doing anything with Champion Windows, talk with other customers.
There were a lot of mixups on the windows! I am still missing a window and have not heard anything back from the company!
