Door is nice, sales person great, install crew great, but the products are overpriced, and customer service is atrocious.
Overall horrible experience first go-around, Greg fixed everything the second time around but wouldnt recommend
Took 7 months and 2 try’s to receive a scratched window and one of the locks is upside down
We have been waiting almost 10 for our window installation. We were told it would be 3 months. The staff lied to us on multiple occasions. If you’re looking for professionalism, honesty, and good customer service don’t choose Champion.
I was very disappointed in the service I received. I was lied to on numerous occassions.
Poor communication, delayed almost 9 months when estimated at 3 months. Nothing done to make it right. Corporate supposedly reached out to local branch--heard nothing.
I would call Champion Windows, and every time they said they would call back, would not call me back. It didn't seem to me, they were very good at accomplishing much.
It was a nightmare experience for me.
I am satisfied with the products I purchased, but the installation was a disaster, so I don’t think I could recommend to anyone
