The screen is not self-repairing as I was shown in the salesman demonstration. Overall I'm not completely happy with this window company's handling of this situation and I plan to contact the window company directly with all of these complaints and hope for a good resolution. If not, I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
Windows are great, Some of the screens, not so much. Had issues with the screens on the color-bonded windows and was told on the day of the widows being installed that I would receive new screens in 4-6 week by my sales rep Anthony. After not hearing anything after 8 weeks, I called and left a voice message and didn't get a return call. The product itself was fine. The communication was an absolute zero!
Champion Installed my siding and the job was NOT to my satisfaction. The caulking looks HORRIBLE!! When I asked them to fix it, the installer said there was nothing they could do!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR SIDING AT ALL!!
I will not recommend because Champion Windows promised to install my windows before winter, so I could save money on my heating bill. The installers never showed up. I had to call and they would cancel. I know that one time it was the weather, and I understand that. The previous times no one came, and I had to be the one to always call. No one is courteous to say we are sorry it happened.
Overall material and installation was good. Installation team, sales team and project manager was less than desirable.
This is the worst choice of my life.
The installation was fine and the windows were fine. The office staff and missing the appoint did not sit well with me.
There was no communication, they covered my security cameras while doing the work, and placed our patio furniture directly on our flower beds. They never returned to back up their work, as promised.
