The windows have been great! We haven't had any problems. I am very picky and they satisfied me. If you ever have any problems they will address them quickly.
Would not use them again
Champion was the only company I found that would manufacture the door with the insert and warranty it. home Depot and other companies would work with a pet door company to put in a pet door but the warranty would be invalidated. I believe Champion is very aware of this and so they charge an awful lot, especially since your aren't getting the same glass! They were professional. The price was too high.
The installation crew arrived on time and installed the windows over a couple of days. They were very neat and cleaned up after their work. The attention to detail and the finishing touches such as the caulking were above my expectations.
We had a very good experience. The salesman was not pushy, explained all of our options and was the only one out of four companies that we talked to that brought a sample with him so we could see how the windows worked. He also worked closely with us to make sure the windows could still tilt out even though we had interior shutters over them. The windows are great! They really make a difference in heating and cooling our home.
Casey does a real nice job doing his work. He is very dedicated at doing the work and gets it done with ease. We have recommended him to people we know because of his dedication to his work. I like the professionalism he brings to the job.
I am very happy with the new look of my Champion windows. I only had to wait three weeks for the windows to arrive and two days to install them. They were very respectful and quick. I would use them again if I needed new windows in the future.
