They were very fast and did a great job

I was kept informed about the process, they answered all my questions and they were right on time for the installation
I really enjoyed the process in the beginning. They were very good at sharing the product they were selling. They went over the five step process.
I know because of COVID the screened in porch was going to be delayed about 6 months. Instead it was delayed 9 months. The landing is still not finished as we are waiting on the additional railing needed. My understanding was that everything would be ordered and ready for installation. The screen door was not ordered. If Denny had not come along, I think we would still be waiting on the additional railing needed for the landing and the screen door.
The sales and installation part of their business does a great job. The customer service and communication struggles with a timely response.
They made a mistake on our order but they're working on correcting it.
I thought the gentleman who did my window did a very neat job, except for in that I thought they finished the inside of my window, and they didn't--but I'm getting it done. I'm doing it myself. I was just surprised. I did my living room windows many years ago. It's just taken me some time to do this.
