Window order was incorrect and then salesperson had the nerve to try to get me to pay for their mistake. After job was finally finished, after over 6 months from order, we received several calls and texts mentioning voiding warranties and collection action if an emailed BPC wasn't executed.
The quality of work and the organization as a whole is lacking in almost every way. The only benefit was the discounted price for the windows.
The lengthy time it takes from order time to the time they are installed is kind of irritating.
I would not recommend Champion-windows from Ohio -11 per cent have warp because of the altitude. that was me-saved by the installers.
The installation guys were fantastic. The salesman was a nightmare. He took the 50% deposit in January and didn't actually enter the order until I followed up in March! He never once followed up. It was shameful. Then the first person who measured (multiple times) measured 2 of the 3 windows incorrectly. This meant that when they first came, they could only install 1 window. I cannot believe a window company such as Champion Windows, can’t get window measurements correctly measured when two of their employees do the measurements. Causing a four week delay. Unbelievable!!!
My experience was very poor. The salesman both Jim and Mike were deceiving in their presentation each revealing information reflected poorly on the other.
