Overall, my experience with Champion was misleading. For this to be a "home improvement," there was not a visible improvement to my home. Had I had the opportunity to really see the siding up front, I would not have had it done with our end result. With the follow-up on Champion's end in ensuring customer satisfaction, I could do better myself than what the trained professionals should be doing.
My overall experience with Champion was a disappointment and a shame based upon their reputation. I am tured of trying to have my concerns resolved and would not recommend them to anyone.
The salesman was good. He came out and got what he needed. The person who actually orders the windows came out to measure them to make sure they got the right ones, and it went downhill from there. We had to wait a few weeks because the factory sent the wrong window. When we got the main window in, the sashes were wrong, so now we have to wait even further for the sash to come from the factory.
