The installation crew over-looked three of my old windows. Funny, it took one phone call for a salesman to come and sell me windows, however after four phone calls, the windows are still sitting by my garage. I can easily understand the installation crew missing the three windows, but after four phone calls, it is difficult to understand why they are still next to my garage.

Our job took three times the agreed on time. Our windows were ordered in the wrong size. Our salesman called to ask us how we were enjoying our windows over three weeks before they were installed. The three different crews we had were all disorganized. Our yard was a mass of debris and sharp objects during the entire install, there was no safe place for our kids inside or outside. I have had Champion do all my windows and they gave me a good deal with the siding. I have never had any complaints with them. It's just this last time with the siding I have told them to come back to fix some issues but it's been 3 weeks and they haven't address them.

Overall, the experience was good. The actual local staff was outstanding. The crew rushed trying to get to the next job. It did not pay off because now I was not happy with the end result.

I have waited a month for the correct windows for two windows which were frosted instead of clear. I accepted the mistake that the frosted windows for the bathrooms are clear.
