I am more likely to recommend Champion to friends/family when the job we ordered is complete, and damage repaired.
Make sure you are aware that the corners of the windows at the top have gaps.
Champion Windows of Ft. Collins tried to sell us on the fact that the windows were made in Colorado, but when they got here we were told they were made in Cincinnati. That is why they were bowed and scratched up when they got here. I would never recommend Champion Windows of Ft. Collins to anyone. The crew did the best they could do.
I had a coupon and the salesman did not apply it. The coupon was misleading. He could have found a way to have given us an applicable discount.
I have not heard from the company in one month about the missing part (the keeper) to lock the sliding screen door. There were several problems with the workmen.
Not so much, since I can't at all count on timely delivery, or any communication that I don't initiate.
