Solid products with a decent sales strategy. Unfortunately backed up with a miserable office support staff that won't return phone calls and doesn't care about delivering on time.
We were highly dissatisfied with the customer care, customer service, and Champion's disregard for the our situation. Things went wrong that didn't get taken care of in a timely manner. They made the sale, and then we never heard from them again.
Installation left a huge mess and sharp aluminum pieces all over and old caulking wasn't cleaned I have a 2 year old and 2 dogs who play in my back yard very unprofessional
