I've had so many problems after it has been installed. It is hard to recommend them to anyone else.
I would not recommend going through Champion. There is no integrity in their work. The quality of the windows are good. The quality of service is crap along with the installation.
Quality of the windows seems fine, but the sales service was next to abyssal. Very discouraging. I am in the service industry, and when people are spending this much money, you had better be responsive, sensitive to their needs, and very proactive with communication. Champion was none of that.
Within 2 weeks of install, the face place of the deadbolt became mangled and I was forced to remove it. A technician was dispatch to our home knowing what was needed and still did not have the proper part. On top of that, we have to wait for the part to be ordered and possibly have the doors rehung
The color of the door was not what they expected it to be. I have not had a follow up call with them and that is why the ratings are what they are.
The local staff was outstanding. My attempts to contact someone on the weekend sent me to a regional manager. He was so bad and so unprofessional that if I had come across him in the beginning I would not have worked with Champion Windows.
There is a lot of miscommunication between the office and installation crew. I do not recommend Champion Windows of Ft. Collins.
