This was the worst experience with a home project we have ever had. The project manager didn’t communicate well to us, the concrete guys no call, no showed us the first day and we weren’t notified they would be coming the next day and Brandon didn’t send the new plans after the variance was approved to the concrete people so they spent a whole day digging the wrong size trench and cut our step unnecessarily. Completely inaccurate timelines, it took almost 5 months to get my window. Customer service was impossible to contact. I was not able to get updates or accurate information about my order status.
Crew that put siding up did a terrible job and it keeps coming apart

Called July 7th about a door issue. No one could come out until July 30 but you had to have the service call payment when I called. Mark came out, couldn't fix the door, had to check with his manager, still have not heard back(2 days later)
This was a replacement of a Champion window I had installed last year but a tree in our yard broke through the window so we needed the replacement window replaced. When they came to install the replacement window, The metal wrap for the windows was the wrong shade of red. They did not have the correct color of caulk either so job was not finished After they left I observed that the window was not in the correct position. had a couple broken windows, slider screen was to small, a few ripped screens, large front window had a wrong window panel, items had to be reordered which am told could be weeks before can be fixed. They sent someone out a couple time to fix issues and he forgot to do a few things so had to come back also forgot to turn in items I mentioned to be fixed. Installed new door on Friday and install team did a horrible job. They damaged the door and panel and tried to cover it up with putty. The clean up was terrible, we need to discuss with supervisor at your soonest
Have to replace 4 windows as 1 was cracked, 1 has moisture between glass, 1 has defect inside glass and 1 has broken latch. Screens on side of big windows don't fit properly and the security latch won't pop out as window is not set properly. No quality for the expensive price
