Terrible windows, terrible install, and terrible customer service.
I was to have been contacted by the installation manger by today, haven't heard a thing. This message was after I had to make two calls to customer service trying to get an update on my door. I am beyond irritated at this point, being inconvenienced with incorrect ordering of the door 3 times, 3 trips to install an outward swing door when I need an inward swing door, and waiting for callbacks. Communication is horrible. Windows are expensive and the timing didn't meet the promise. Damaged screen, missing slider screen, no keys for slider, wrong size window ordered for bathroom window, had 2 people out to measure and still got it wrong. When they realized it was the wrong size they put the old one back in backwards and foamed around it. (Looked terrible).
