It took over a year to get everything done, and it was only 4 windows!!
We contacted you after our windows were installed and wanted someone to take the residue that was left on the windows since we could not get it out and dared not to use a razor blade which may damage the window. We were told not to ask again that when a tech was in the area they would finish this task.
The guys in charged of installing kept pushing me off until julis took over that is when things started to get done on my order.
They should never leave unfinished wood on the outside of a building.
