I will not be recommending champion to anyone because our installation was not done correctly and now we’re being asked to pay more money to fix it

Project made incorrectly and had to be remade. Door hinged on wrong side. Reordered. Not receiving yet
First door built wrong. Second door installed wrong. Whole process took 5 months.
My wife and I are still sitting here three days later convincing ourselves that it was a good investment and that we like it. Rarely do we walk away from a purchase or a project where we are not sure how we feel.
Has been a hassle to get the installation completed correctly. Has taken up about 3 days of my time and the work is still not completed. Was told it would be middle of August before next service call to finish the work and it will take 3 to 4 hours more of my time.
They measured wrong, they ordered wrong type of windows, they won't fix their mistakes. They overcharged me for the one wrong window.
This is the third attempt and finally got it right. Service guy order them on vertical instead on horizontal. The second order came with the wrong number of panes. "The third times a charm!" as they say... The last guy (out of Charlotte) was competent, though crusty in temperament. These windows...
