It took more than one year to get our installation completed, we were given a broken window and no screens
The window installation workmanship was unacceptable, leaving glue, silicone and caulking on the windows which was nearly impossible to remove, with 6 different visits to clean the windows. The top round window caulking and seal was done improperly inside and outside, and had to be redone by a different work crew. The men showed up twice with no ladders, and couldn’t work & had to come back. terrible communication, really terrible.
Installers were polite, but they severely damaged the interior trim on some of my windows then attempted to cover it up (poorly, I might add). Also, half of my windows are out of square. Two supervisors have come to my home to examine the issues, and both agreed that the installation was poorly done. However, no one has fixed the problems yet (as of two months after installation). I've given Champion several opportunities to fix the problems but feel as if I'm being given the runaround.
Very happy with our salesman Austin Groves, and very happy with the windows. But the installation not so much.
They didn't follow through on anything we agreed on when I was sold the windows. I specifically requested two things, and they told me it was possible, butnot when they were installed. They completely missed the first appointment and failed to notify me. Overall, I'm dissatisfied.
Just installed after contracting with you in November of 21...2 windows measured wrong and had to be re-ordered delaying install another 5 weeks.
