Did not do what they originally said
I was not made aware of the fact that I would no longer be able to hang blinds due to the thickness of the windows. The scheduler called to reschedule due to their timing and got an attitude with me about my next availability. I was told that my window security alarms would be put back on the windows but that was not the case. Contractors refused to put them back on.
Would be a five star but didn't have them installed 2 weeks and a sash is broke and yet to hear from warranty.

The service wasn't done the way it was supposed to. I had to call back to fix stuff with the windows. My experience with the windows was horrible. However, the doors were fine.
