The service wasn't done the way it was supposed to. I had to call back to fix stuff with the windows. My experience with the windows was horrible. However, the doors were fine.

I WOULD NOT recommend Champion Windows of Greenville or Champion Windows, as a whole, to anyone. This company is in dire need of experienced management and quality crew members. Their salesperson sold me a product and a commitment of support and punctuality which they failed to meet during the installation process. Although their windows and doors, in my opinion, are above the norm, you are completely at their mercy during the installation process. I have called them twice and left messages, but they will not return my calls. I feel like they are more interested in selling windows than providing service.
