The time it took to correct a custom storm door was too long. Hardware type was also incorrect.
Installation NIGHTMARE
We ordered colonial windows and the pattern is different on the windows. Been waiting for weeks to have them fixed with very little response. Also have cracked frames that need to be replaced.
My siding is bubbling. It was difficult getting customer service.
To make a long story short. My windows were installed on 12-31-2024. One of the screens was the wrong size. I received a call on January 28 2025 at 9:50 am, that Mr. Phillips was on the way with my screen. As of today March 10 2025 I still do not have the screen. Debbie from the main office has been the only one to call me. They cannot find my screen and they are suppose to come out from Charlotte North Carolina and measure on March 25, 2025.
